Passionate about the optimal combination of technology and experience, I visualize an engineer as a Knight equipped with weapons of logic; confronting real-life business problems (or business’ illogic –as Fowler says).

Team building is the 2nd dimension of this passion which stimulates the hidden skills of engineers by moralizing, encouraging and mentoring; building a true relationship among team members in order to achieve a common goal.

Try to learn every single day, I am eager to learn from mistakes, believe more in qualitative analysis then quantitative when it comes to skill assessment, reward system and time estimation (which becomes guesstimation, sometimes)

The most important attribute, I respect myself for, is a keen sense of duty, the enthusiasm which doesn’t allow me to be dishonest with my profession. Not even a false or halfhearted endorsement on Linkedin.
